Behind the Scenes of Tambourine’s 2025 Keynote Livestream Production
Today, we had the incredible opportunity to produce the livestream for Tambourine’s 2025 Keynote Event. As in previous years, we were tasked with delivering a high-quality, multi-camera livestream experience that seamlessly integrated with their interactive presentation. With multiple offices tuning in from around the world, the production was essential in keeping the entire team connected and engaged.
Pre-Production & Tech Scout
A successful livestream begins long before the cameras start rolling. About a week before the event, we conducted a tech scout at the venue—a beautiful theater in Coconut Creek, FL. This allowed us to assess key technical aspects, including:
Internet reliability – Ensuring a stable connection for uninterrupted streaming.
Cable runs – Measuring and planning efficient layouts for all equipment.
Stage setup – Mapping out camera placements and presentation logistics.
By ironing out these details in advance, we ensured a smooth execution on the day of the event.
Livestream Setup & Execution
For the three-hour keynote, we deployed a three-camera setup, providing multiple angles for a dynamic viewing experience. The presentation was strategically split into three feeds:
Livestream feed – Broadcasting to Tambourine’s global offices.
Teleprompter feed – Giving the speakers a preview to stay on track.
Theater screen feed – Displaying the keynote in real-time for the in-person audience.
Each element was meticulously coordinated to create a seamless experience, ensuring remote and in-person attendees were equally engaged.
